Bitwise Investment Manager, LLC, the Fund’s Adviser, closed and liquidated the Fund on July 31, 2026. Shareholders who did not sell their shares of IMRA by July 31, 2026, had their shares automatically redeemed for cash based on the Fund’s net asset value (NAV). The redemption was provided to shareholders through their brokers or other financial intermediaries on or around August 10, 2026.
